Our Returns Policy
We happily accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Item must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hot Tubs (due to water contact requirements)
- Mains Operated Lights (electrical safety regulations)
- Outdoor Candles (fire safety considerations)
- Any made-to-order or custom garden sculptures
Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.
Returns Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Credit card/PayPal: Refunds typically appear in 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your return request email, specify the replacement item you desire
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your garden furniture or decor arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
