Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays). Delivery times then depend on your chosen option:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders £50+): 15-25 working days via EMS
Delivery times begin once your order leaves our Armagh warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship worldwide, except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Whether you’re in London or New Zealand, we’ll deliver your garden treasures with care.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your garden joy every step of its journey.

Why is shipping free only on orders over £50?
We believe beautiful gardens should be accessible to all. The £50 threshold allows us to offer free shipping while maintaining our high quality standards across our global deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden transformation. You may return items within 15 days of receipt, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 working days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
